Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for our sweet stall. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sweets excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in customer service. As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible for assisting the stall manager in the daytoday operations ensuring the smooth functioning of the sweet stall and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience: 3 to 4 years as Assistant Manager in Sweet Stall
Should be able to handle customers
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
Experience with organizing and assigning tasks and holding staff members accountable for completion
