Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Medical Telesales Executive to join our team at our Surat location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads and selling our clinic's wellness programs and healthcare services over the phone. You will also be required to maintain a database of potential customers, provide high-quality customer service and assist customers in scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Highly developed persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales and manage customer objections.
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools to manage customer information, leads, and follow-ups.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
