Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations. The Quality Control Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, training staff, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, would be beneficial.
