Position Description We are looking to hire a position of
Delivery Manager with
expert knowledge of project management and technical specialty who could handle large account(s) .
The Key Deliverables Are - Manage highly complex assignments that involve high degree of risk and that impact the performance of the account/business unit.
- Ensure profitability of the given account(s).
- Responsible for account mining – to spot and create opportunities for us to further leverage out product offerings building more revenue from the account.
- Single point of contact for the client.
- Managing deliveries to ensure excellent client experience.
- Scope Management – Manage scope and ensure any changes to scope are captured and converted to billable CRs as appropriate.
- Partnering with the client to help them fully leverage Ivy's product for driving maximum business value.
- Ensure industry best practices and Ivy best practices are implemented in the account(s).
- Enabling partnerships to integrate solutions with other Ivy products, third-party solutions, or third-party service providers.
Profile Expectations - Strategic thinker and problem solver with the 'fire-in-the belly' to find solutions to complex problems. Strong initiative and follow-thru.
- 12+ years of experience and ability to manage complex projects executed across multiple shores and multiple technologies. Experience working with or for Fortune 100 multi-nationals a plus.
- Ability to collaborate internally, with third party partners, and customers to deliver the desired solutions to our clients.
- Ability to understand the client's needs and translate those needs into actionable items that can then be executed on a timely basis Business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to engage with all levels of client management.
- Ability to lead and mentor large team(s).
