Job Title: Exports Executive

Â

Responsibilities:

Â

The Exports Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing export-related tasks and ensuring the smooth flow of export operations. Key responsibilities include:

Â

- Inventory and Administrative Tasks:

 - Managing export inventory to ensure timely availability of products for shipment.

 - Handling administrative tasks related to export processes, including maintaining records and coordinating with relevant departments.

Â

- Documentation Management:

 - Preparing and organizing all necessary documentation for exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

- Coordination and Collaboration:

 - Coordinating with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Sales, and Production to facilitate the export process.

 - Collaborating with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth export operations.

- Understanding of Export Documents:

 - Possessing a thorough understanding of the documentation requirements for exports to different countries, including customs forms and certificates of origin.

Â

- Financial Management:

 - Handling financial documents related to exports, including GST calculations and other financial requirements, to ensure compliance and accuracy.

 - Skills Required:

Â

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Excel: Ability to effectively use Excel for data management and analysis.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly records and documentation.

- Communication Skills: Basic communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, along with proficiency in writing professional emails related to export activities.

- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure compliance with product labeling regulations and avoid any legal issues related to exports.

 Experience Required:

Â

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export operations or a related field is required. Experience in managing export documentation and coordinating with various stakeholders is preferred.
