Purpose of the Job:
This multifaceted role demands a strategic and customer-centric approach, resulting in tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes by understanding customer needs, align our product suites with those needs, and cultivate enduring relationships. Responsible for revenue growth for CPaaS ( Airtel IQ) business for a metro city across the Mid - Market and Small Business Customer Segment, through a direct reporting team of 2-3 AM's Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
Deliverables:
Revenue growth
New customer addition
Customer identification & creating customized pitches
Major Challenges:
To seamlessly integrate with the ecosystem and deliver solution
Identifying the right opportunities to engage with customers
Scaling the model to bring incremental revenues and customers
Cross selling and upselling the solutions
Demonstrate (Key competencies)
Proven B2B Business Development: Demonstrated experience in business development, including engagement with board members and CXOs, extending beyond traditional functions like CIO, Administration, and Purchasing, with a focus on large enterprise customers.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen to comprehend and effectively communicate complex solutions to customers.
Experience in selling integrated communication platform solutions
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that enables to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Educational Level
Must have:
MBA or equivalent Preferred
Working Experience
Preferred:
5+ years of sales experience in CPaaS/CCaaS
