Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Qualification : MBA – HR / MSW/ MHRM / MLW
Job Requirement:
- Knowledge of TA
- Onboarding
- Compensation & benefits
- Training & development
- Employee Engagement
- Labour Laws & Compliances
- Contract Labour Management
- Payroll & time office
- Workmen Man Management.
- Having IR related skills (ID Act, Trade Union Act)
- More knowledge on PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Workmen Compensation, Gratuity Act and other labour laws.
- If candidate face strike and resolve the same
- Contract Labour Management and Contract Labour Act (Agreement preparation, procedure to hire contractor, documents required for contract labour)
- Knowledge of death case
- Attendance, Leave Management on software, Payroll.
- Knowledge Prepare contract Bill.
- Knowledge to issue and draft warning letter, show cause notice in Gujarati and knowledge of Domestic Enquiry.
