We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Expert/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies for Politicians to enhance our their presence, engage with target audience..
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Create and curate engaging, relevant, and shareable content for social media channels to attract and retain a loyal online community.
3. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure Stepnext Pvt Ltd remains at the forefront of industry developments.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media campaigns for Politicians.
5. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
6. Analyse social media data and provide regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
8. Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new approaches to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements:
1. bachelor's degree in Politics, marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies to meet organizational goals.
5. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
9. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
