Details About The Role The role of Junior Consultant is a very exciting and challenging role. The individual will be expected to work on understanding the needs of Panchayats and work on deploying strategies for localisation of sustainable development goals. The role plays a critical role in developing a streamlined process to increase the efficiency of the Panchayat overall. The Consultant will be expected to wear many hats and develop relevant solutions. The nature of the role is fundamentally Consulting and gives exposure to the grassroots level. There will be special emphasis on tapping the existing resources and increasing the entrepreneurial activities in the panchayat. The Consultant will get tremendous exposure and opportunity to try out multiple solutions and then scale them.
Scope Of Work - Assist the Panchayat to streamline processes for planning and execution
- Assist the elected representatives in public grievance redressal process
- Develop leadership of Panchayat Functionaries to ensure localisation of Sustainable Development Goals
- Manage the events and various IEC activities of the Panchayat and representatives
- Facilitate establishment of food processing units in the Panchayat
- Facilitate the preparation of a holistic Gram Panchayat Development Plan and its implementation
- Increase economic activities of the Panchayat by assisting entrepreneurial endeavours
