Branch Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Chandigarh. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring branch performance, developing and implementing branch strategy, and achieving business targets.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Knowledge of risk management and insurance solutions
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
