Job description
1.Vendor Management.
2.Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
3.Payment clearance with suppliers and vendors
4.Should have proficiency in MS Excel
5 Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs
6 Purchasing supplies and materials according to specifications
7 Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
8 Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers
9 Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
