Technical Executive Assistant

· Should be an inspired and passionate self-starter and able to drive production growth.

· Executive responsibilities include maintain and monitoring plant data

· Meetings and monitor tasks

· Conceptualizing & implementing policies, procedures and internal control systems for effective financial operations of the company

• Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers.
• Must be aware of the trends in industry

· Monitoring KRA of various plant heads.

· Getting various reports for different departments and collating the same.

· Coming with various best business shop floor ideas to upgrade productivity

· Any task assigned by the MD

· Travel to factory.

Requirement:

· Flair for production

· Proven work experience in a manufacturing industry

· Inspired self-starter and able to drive production growth.

· Technical background

Qualification: Graduate - Engineering / MBA

Experience: 4-6 years
