Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and a strong background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate should be proficient in ServiceNow development tools, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. Conduct software demonstrations and technical sales engineering activities. Provide expertise in ServiceNow integration methods and third-party integrations. Translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for various stakeholders. Address technical challenges during live demos with quick problem-solving skills. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and certifications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 6-7+ years of experience in software development in ServiceNow. Very strong ServiceNow development skills, including Scripting, Business Rules, UI policies, Remote Tables, and Workflows. Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, such as JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and Glide API. Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) and third-party integrations. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, especially the Customer Service Management (CSM) module’s Agent Workspace. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for various audiences. Quick problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during live demos. ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist CSM, etc.) are a plus.
