Required Experience and Expertise:
Data Analysis:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
- Ability to interpret and analyze project and portfolio data to derive meaningful insights.
Project Management Tools:
- Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, ADO or others used for planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
Data Visualization:
- Skill in creating visually appealing and informative reports using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
Office Productivity Software:
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for creating detailed reports, presentations, and charts.
Document Management:
- Experience in document management systems and collaboration tools for efficient information.
