We have received ₹240 crores in its Series C round of funding, led by Paragon Partners, valuing the start-up ₹1,000 crore. Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund, Sharp Ventures, besides existing investors Amicus Capital Partners and RPSG Capital Ventures, also participated in the funding round. We aim to log in 700 crores in revenue by FY'24 as we expand its presence across online and offline channels, and bolster our product portfolio. We are ramping up our headcount to about 400 people in the next 18 months. We roped in Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt as the brand ambassador for our body wash and body scrub. Job Summary:

As a Distribution Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective distribution strategies, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distribution Strategy:

• Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize product flow and ensure timely delivery to channel Warehouses.
• Work closely with warehousing team and logistics team to enhance distribution network efficiency.

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels & ensure stock availability across multiple channels, maintaining regional utilization (RU) & distribution centers and retail outlets.
• Implement inventory replenishment strategies to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.

3. Purchase Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with demand team to ensure the fill rate expectations are met for the orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Optimize order processing and shipment scheduling to meet customer delivery expectations.

4. Performance Metrics:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the efficiency of the distribution process.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, and demand, to align distribution plans with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless flow of information across departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in distribution planning or supply chain management, preferably in the personal care or consumer goods industry.
3. Data driven analytics and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
