Job description

Responsibilities

Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses , and other compensations.
Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from employees salaries, such as taxes and benefits.
Generate and distribute pay statements, reports, and summaries to relevant departments.
Stay informed about changes in tax and labor laws to ensure compliance in payroll processes.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelors degree in finance, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
Familiarity with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
maintaining financial integrity and employee satisfaction within an organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience Required: 3-6 years
