About the job: We are looking for Product Director - Retail with 15+ years leading the product in strategizing and implementing methods to improve efficiency, profitability, and business processes within the organization. He/she will oversee all Business Analysis activities, ensuring project goals are met. The successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have strong leadership skills, and possess a deep understanding on finance domain how to use business intelligence to achieve operational excellence. If you enjoy leading modules independently, teams and task assignments, and are knowledgeable in leading Business Analysts across different products and the functionalities to be implemented in the application, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.

What you will be doing: Envisioning and developing features and functions of VeriPark products Manage subject matter experts team for products Manage system analysts team for products Own data sheets of products Develop product functional specs and keep them up-to-date Develop product user manuals Own product road maps and develop presentations that shows benefits to customers Ensure there’s necessary subject matter expertise exist in the company or external consultants Attend to customer presentations regarding roadmap, and product functional matters Ensure product technical documentation is done by product technical architects Ensure product computer training content is developed internally or externally Development of demo scripts by means of mock up screens and obtaining approvals Attend to product sales meetings, presales and marketing events when necessary Attend to project meetings when necessary Support customer success department for roadmap presentations Organize response to sales RFPs

What we are looking for: 15+ years of experience in Product management, with the last 5 years in lead roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. Experience working as a director of products for at least three years Understanding of market research techniques and product life cycle management Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering cooperation and positive work relationships. Understanding of the industry and organization-specific resource requirements, project complexities, and timelines. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Ability to see the bigger picture and strategize accordingly. Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven capability to navigate challenges and come up with effective solutions.
