- Businesses such as Packaging, Power, Hardware and Bale Ties with years of excellence in manufacturing.
- Preference to Regular MBA in HR.
- Effective research and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply business rules.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity.
- Should be proactive Ability to work through complex/ambiguous situations.
- Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- Coordinating with line managers on daily basis
