Shift Timing: US shift timing. Rotational Off: 2 rotational offs.

Job Description: As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through Voice support channels. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in any field. Strong written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is a plus. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
