Job description
Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide recommendations for system design and process improvements.
Configure and maintain master data, including storage bins, materials, and warehouse structures in SAP EWM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP TM).
Customize and optimize warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound deliveries, warehouse tasks, picking strategies, and resource allocation.
Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and performance, and support end-to-end testing activities.
Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post go-live phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support for SAP EWM system.
Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM functionalities and industry trends, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
