Job description :
Lead the line planning, pricing and product creation processes for the overall product line to include appropriate levels of differentiation within product assortments to exist across commercial channels & tier distribution.
Drive product assortments to ensure amplification of key products, concepts & stories with a retail end in mind.
Be a successful role model for their store team, support the company by implementing business-minded visual presentations that combine the latest fashion trends, uphold our high standards, and represent Le Chateau’s exclusive brand by creating a unique shopping experience.
Assist with the execution and implementation of product presentation plans, strategies, and initiatives in the store.
Educate store associates on visual standards and proper techniques for building displays.
Develop relationships with store management and corporate visual team, provide input and recommendations to ensure that store has adequate visual merchandising resources and support.
Create insightful and compelling product briefs by analyzing consumer, geography, commercial and competitive trends in the marketplace.
Establish strategic product direction across product categories & key markets that address product flow, retail pricing, color strategy & sku investment.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to hit key deliverables each season, including key meetings, product creation deadlines, seasonal design direction and profitable margins.
Collaborate with Footwear counterparts to drive a cohesive merchandising strategy.
