We want to add value to the work we do and the service we provide by making our processes and systems efficient, consistent, and transparent.Company website : Senior Manager RTRLocation Vikhroli (Mumbai)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively managing GL Team.Keep the Standard Operating Procedures updated and establish due control mechanismsContribute to identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvement projects for the Department.Attend Opco and or Client meetings where required.Cash Planning and Forecasting and adherence to the Groups credit policy.Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of Client queries. Liaising with the RTR/Treasury team and or Opco in order to resolve Client disputes quickly and efficiently.Implement best practices in RTR process by engaging with team leads and client stakeholders.Knowledge of IT tools deployed within domain to drive productivityDrive change management initiatives by focusing on achieving productivity, controls and operational efficiency within RTR process.Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters.Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of Appropriately skilled employees.Superior project management skills in planning and executing improvement initiatives.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects.Ensure SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded.Ensure productivity targets are met / exceeded.Work closely with IT to ensure continuous system improvements towards increasing efficiency of processing.Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, SOX Auditors, and Internal Auditors.Ensure Appropriate responses are made to audit observations and corrective and preventive actions are taken.Presenting Monthly Collections Dashboard to the management.Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behaviourWorking closely with the leadership team and helping them to take strategic decisionsROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTESSkills/ExperienceChartered Accountant (CA) having more than 11-13 years of post-qualification experience in diversified domains of RTR processProven track of managing and leading transformation projects in RTR domain to drive process excellenceIn depth knowledge of diversified domains of RTR process with working knowledge of Record to report activities.Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely mannerStrong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliationSelf-motivatedCommercially focused with a strong Client service approachConfidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externallyWell organised with strength in prioritizingFlexible attitude to achieve results.
