About The Role We are seeking an experienced MD Microbiologist to join our team at Orange Health. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the microbiology department, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic testing, and providing strategic guidance for the overall improvement of laboratory services.
What will you get to do - Conduct microbiological analysis and testing of samples.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality standards.
- Interpret and report results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in microbiology and related technologies.
- Contribute to the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills We Are Looking For - MD in Microbiology.
- Over 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting.
- Previous experience in a well-established laboratory is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Proficient in reporting and documentation.
