Job Description: Head of IT/ IT Enabled Services

Location: Mopa, Goa

Client : One of India's leading Services & Infrastructure Conglomerates with interests in Retail, Airport Development, urban infrastructure, services business etc

Reports To: Chief Information Digital Officer (CIO)

Salary Budget : 50-55 LPA

Position Summary:

To provide leadership role in implementation of IT and IT enabled systems, in both project construction and operation phase within approved cost, quality and time parameters.

The position plays vital role in operation of IT systems at airport eco system.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business partners at Aviation/ Airport ecosystem to lead in appropriate digital interventions.
• Set up the Integrated planning and monitoring framework on IT platform including selection of appropriate software, hardware , tools, licenses, such that the business progress is planned and monitored online with appropriate dashboards integrating functions like Planning, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, construction, Quality Assurance, Audit etc
• Select and procure/install requisite IT and IT enabled equipment and systems that are necessary for operation including recommending specifications, vendors, cost, quality, integration and ensuring operational readiness
• Ensure lifecycle management of the various application systems used at Airport ecosystem including the operations support , system integration design and support data / information analytics and reporting/MIS/Dashboards
• Set up appropriate organization and processes supporting delivery of the requirements both in construction and operation phase as may be appropriate
• Set up the IT and ITES Infrastructure for carrying out day to day business functions on the requisite IT platform at Aviation/ Airport Ecosystem including networks, data centres and cloud environment, communication and collaborative platforms, computer vision analytics, IOT, Operation Technology Support for providing smooth operations.
• Lead and develop team to work on IT enabled integrated platform besides provide trouble shooting with appropriate disaster management and disaster recovery systems
• Ensure Cyber Security of all equipment and applications during the project stage and later on during operations for smooth working of Airport ecosystem.
• Adopt new technology for continuous upgrade of IT systems surveillance and security to secure IT platforms for continuous revenue generation.
• Conceptualize, build and introduce innovative customer interfacing system enabled by technology to create best in class systems.
• Managing the key stakeholders mainly business partners, services providers and government authorities

▪ Ensure effective management of Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and Budget

QUALIFICATIONS

•BE/ B.Tech with hands on experience in Tech industry Ports/Logistics/ Manufacturing/ Airlines Industry.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Total experience 15+ years with at least 5 yrs in Airlines/ Airports IT Operation experience.
