As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Kantata PSA (earlier Kimble). You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions that align with our goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring user adoption, and providing ongoing training and support to end-users. Works with end users and stakeholders to provide technical and functional support to the day-day use of the system, answers questions, and addresses requests such as creation of dashboards and reports, period management activities, resource management, monitoring of back-end jobs, enhancement requests and configuration updates.

Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, license management, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and map the requirements to configuration and enhancements of Kantata SX
- Implement and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Kantata SX
- Update and maintain the configuration of Kantata SX i.e. proposals, engagements, assignments
- Prepare for upgrades and new releases
- Train and support end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with data migrations and integrations as needed
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with Salesforce data management and data migration tools is a plus
Preferred but not required: - Prior experience with PSA applications e.g., Kimble, Mavenlink
- CPQ (Configure Price Quote) implementation
