Role Description
We are looking for a Supply Manager- Services who will
● E2E sourcing, onboarding and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and
ensure strict adherence.
- Vendor Negotiations and owning Product Margins.
- Tracking of vendor's project PO's, invoices, GST filing, and payments.
- Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards and churning along
with day to day vendor escalation management.
● Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance
teams) to track/resolve above parameters/issues.
- Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
- Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in vendor management or operations
- Problem solving capabilities
- Good communication skills – Verbal & Written
- Moderate skill of excel, ppt, word
- Good aptitude
- Extremely high level of ownership
- Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
