Working as a Product Manager at Signify is dynamic. You ‘ll be part of the Consumer product marketing team to support the product line strategies and unlock the true value of global cross functional teams. We’re looking for a Product Manager who’ll be responsible for studying & understanding the product line strategies, new product introduction while working with cross functional teams, provides market, competitive and customer intelligence to the marketing teams to support long-term strategy.

You’ll be part of the Signify’ s Cooper Lighting Solutions, Marketing Team, Pune, India and its responsibilities are to support global marketing team in a continuous evolving market for growth, so adaptation to continuous change and exposure to new product introduction must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do

• Participation as a key member of a product development team through the concept, development, implementation, and market introduction for the product with support of VOC’s/ Surveys, analytical and market insights.
• Assess competitive position of the product offerings through competitive benchmarking and price to features comparison report.
• Develop product presentation, collaterals, training materials of new and existing products with support of Marcom teams and product line managers.
• Work closely with Engineering and Supply chain teams for quick product market introduction.
• Responsibility of SKU rationalization, Inventory and Sales analytical insights.

Your qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering and MBA with min. 8 - 10 years of experience in Product Management / Marketing Management (new product commercialization experience will be preferred)
• Experience in Strategic product planning with Lighting or FMEG organization.
• Exposure to collateral development, including specification writing with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, writing, modelling, and problem-solving skillsets with exposure to Analytical tools & Market research would be an added advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing and vendor development would be added advantage.
