Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Chakan. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also be responsible for assisting with HR policies and procedures, and ensuring that the organization's HR activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
