Designation: Training Operations Specialist
Compensation: Upto 12 LPA
Work Location: Noida
Role:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on Learning Management Systems
- Respond to technical, procedural, or functional questions of how the LMS system works coming from our stakeholder teams, learners, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions about our LMS processes to various teams in live classrooms, synchronous or asynchronous webinars, or one-on-one.
- Lead the establishment, documentation and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and send out timely communications to stakeholders on LMS.
- Partner with the ALM team to identify the upcoming features and how those can be implemented for our learners.
- Ability to lead small projects under guidance of a manager but work independently.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing/SAAS Based solutions.
- Understanding of eLearning authoring tools (like Captivate, Articulate, and Rise etc.) would be an added advantage.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can be used to identify content
- Schedule classes and publish training calendar.
- Schedule, host, record and publish knowledge sharing sessions.
- Manage new hire onboarding communications and perform all tasks related to new hire onboarding
- Coordinate with stakeholders for any tool's activation for various roles.
- Communicate via newsletters and emails regarding release readiness enablement status
- Publish completion status and drive completion for Mandatory enablement content
- Maintain and manage the Skills Inventory and support the team in launching and maintaining role-based competency program
Support our Content development teams.
- Work with Instructional Designers, Administrators and SMEs to ensure proper setup, course creation, assignment, and system support for content and complex Web-based, and instructor-led training activities.
- Advise Learning & Development Leads on optimal LMS system configurations for enrollment, scheduling, coordination practices, and roster and student activity reports.
- Push out the courses to the required audience through Prescriptive rules and tracking the completion.
LMS administrative tasks
- Maintain data integrity rules for the LMS metadata and processes (e.g., course descriptions, course or class changes, and instructors)
- Maintain LMS Administrators' security roles and access levels.
- Maintain consistency with the content getting published and ensure the best of standards.
Skills:
- 3-5 years of proficiency with an enterprise LMS like Adobe Learning manager (Adobe Captivate Prime), SABA Cloud, Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle or similar systems.
- Work timings will be M-F between 2PM to 11PM IST.
- High in emotional intelligence and having a customer service mindset for assisting people and other teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree
- any experience with additional cloud based LMS systems, Adobe learning content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate), LMS integrations and Adobe Connect (or other web meetings technologies)
- Excellent consultancy skills to engage with individuals cross-organizationally.
- Ability to work in and coordinate with multicultural and virtual teams.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, writing and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of international English and content development standards.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Experience with excel based reports on learning consumption.
- Prior experience working with distributed, international teams.
