Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with lead generation, account mapping, and continuous engagement with the customer. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in account management and customer service
• Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role is a plus
