Job description
You will be part of the Silicon Foundries team, supporting SOC Foundry Interface Design Enablement.
- Experience working with or knowledge of advanced CMOS node PDKs and collateral such as Spice models, DRM/DRC, LVS, RC tech files, and Std cells and memory compilers. Knowledge of transistor devices and usage in analog/digital design is a plus.
- Should have some background in elementary Statistics, which would help analyze foundry data and the correlation between foundry and ATE data, including process variations.
- You will work with Tier-1 foundries to monitor the volume manufacturing process and support our Designers and Product Engineering team.
- You will be reporting to the Director of Foundry Technology Operations.
What You ll Need:
- BS degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field. MSEE (or higher) would be a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of excellent knowledge of the IC process, including the latest state-of-the-art IC process.
- Familiar with the working of transistors and key parameters.
- Knowledge of statistics, Statistical process control, and statistical analysis.
- An effective multi-functional communicator with strong interpersonal skills,
- Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of scripting
