About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Financials professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Financials applications, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting financial modules. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Oracle Financials to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Financials modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Configure and customize Oracle Financials applications to align with business processes and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Financials applications.
- Collaborate with end-users to address and resolve issues, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Stay current with Oracle Financials releases, patches, and updates.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and apply patches as needed.
- Integration and Data Migration:
- Work on integrating Oracle Financials with other business systems.
- Lead or assist in data migration efforts when necessary.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation for Oracle Financials configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient utilization of Oracle Financials features.
- Support user adoption and provide assistance in maximizing the benefits of the system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes.
- Familiarity with the latest versions of Oracle Financials applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Financials certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools.
