Menu Knowledge and Development:
- Being knowledgeable about the menu items.
- Assisting in menu planning and development.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborating with kitchen staff serving staff and other departments.
Training and Development:
- Assisting in staff training programs.
- Providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Problemsolving:
Addressing operational challenges and resolving issues.
