Job description
A waiter captain, also called a head waiter, oversees the wait staff and food service of a fancy restaurant. High-end eating establishments or those with a large staff hire a very experienced, highly proficient waiter for this senior position.Captains oversee transportation of passengers or cargo on boats and ships. They are responsible for following proper safety procedures and keeping track of all goods and people on their vessels. They must know how to run and fix every mechanical and electrical device onboard.
