We have a great opportunity at ITC Infotech for an individual who is passionate in recruiting and enjoys working in a fast paced and transformation environment. As a Recruitment manager, you will lead a team, partnering with key stakeholders in managing the full recruitment life cycle. In this role, you will understand external trends in the market, engage top talents for our opportunities and candidate throughout the process, assess, evaluate talents for roles and manage negotiations to closure.

Job Requirement

Should have 5-10 years of recruitment experience in Leadership hiring. Should be a sourcing specialist from reputed search firm, having the experience in senior leadership sourcing (VP level and above) Deft in doing Boolean searches using different tools – chrome strings, google strings, etc. Pulling out names from websites, official board (Exec org charts), white papers, articles, blogs, etc. Good understanding of competition and know where industry/service line specific hiring can be done. Creating long-lists based on mandate through market-mapping Familiarity on how to use different hiring tools like Linkedin recruiter/Naukri/Indeed/IIM jobs/Shine etc. Should know how to post jobs on different websites. Creating dashboards for circulation to senior leaders within the org Setting up meetings between candidates, ITC leadership, vendors, etc. Excellent communication skills – both written & spoken This is a global role requiring communications with senior leaders in the US, UK & Europe, in addition to India.
