About the Role:
As a Leasing Specialist at Seasons Mall, you'll play a crucial role in our mall's success. You'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and fostering strong relationships within the retail community. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue leasing opportunities to enhance our mall's tenant mix
Negotiate lease agreements that meet the needs of both tenants and the mall
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brands, and property owners
Stay informed about retail and real estate trends to drive strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless leasing processes
Requirements:
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in leasing, marketing, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
Deep understanding of retail and real estate industry dynamics
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
