Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Apetan Consulting LLC. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maximizing revenue. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are looking for a candidate with less than 1 year of experience in business development.

Position :-Business Development Executive (Freshers- US Staffing)

Office Timings: 6:30  PM  to  3:30 AM (Night Shift)  /  (US EST )

Location: - Sector 06, Â Noida

Open Position : 25

Mode of Interview : Face to face only

Desired Candidate Profile

• International sales /Inside sales/ for US /UK /Canada or any International market experience will be a plus point.
• Possesses Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
• Need to work in Coordination with the recruitment team .
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must be confident, Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for getting New Leads/ clients and maintaining Existing Clients for US IT Staffing
• Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients.
• Understand the requirements and Clients need .
• Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
• Orient the Candidates on Interview process and Closure.
