Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organization.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for financial transactions and negotiations.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage and forecast cash flows for effective financial planning.
- Financial Planning: Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or CFA qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Annual CTC: 3 Lakhs - 6 Lakhs / PA
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA (Finance) / CFA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
