Designation: Business Development Associate
Office Location: Baner, Pune.
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working day: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 0-2 Year
Service Agreement: 2 Years (Agreement breakable amount 1.5lakh INR+ 18 % GST)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads through market research and networking.
- Sales Activities : Engage in sales activities to meet or exceed company targets, using innovative approaches to close deals effectively.
- Marketing Execution : Implement and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services, aligning with the company's vision and goals.
- Social Media Management : Take charge of our social media platforms, creating engaging content and strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Brand Building : Work towards building and strengthening the company's brand reputation, employing various marketing and public relations strategies.
- Account Management : Act as an account manager for key clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Requirement:
- Experience : Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience. Experience in cybersecurity sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education : A degree in Business Administration (BBA, MBA), Computer Applications (BCA, MCA), or a BSc in Computer Science is preferred. Other degrees with relevant experience are also welcome.
- Technical Education : A background or keen interest in technical education, especially with a willingness to engage in technical sales.
- Soft Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating creativity and innovation in addressing challenges. Highly adaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in dynamic environments. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a dedication to maintaining high work standards.
