Job Description Job summary We are seeking a diligent individual with on Hands experience in Automatic visual inspection machine qualification and operations. Roles & Responsibilities • You will be responsible for qualification and operations of visual inspection machines. • You will ensure proper documentation, and preparation of component specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other related documents. • You will be responsible for preparation of KNAPP samples and approach on visual inspection qualification process. Qualifications Educational qualification: A Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Diploma in Pharmacy, BSc, MSc. Minimum work experience : 3 years of experience in automatic visual inspection machine qualification and operations. Skills & attributes: Technical Skills • Should have skills and experience on GDP SAP, operational and QMS documentation. Should have experience to operateAutomatic visual inspection machine, high voltage leak test equipment’s. Should have experience on KNAPP samples and approach on visual inspection qualification. Should have experienceon equipment qualifications, validations, Protocol etc. Should have exposure on automation and equipment life cycle management. Should have skills forMS office, excel and data management. Should have experience in execution of batches in MES without exceptions. Behavioural skills • Strong team skills, actively contributing to collaborative efforts and fostering a positive team environment. • Diligence and sincerity in tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a thorough and earnest approach to work.
