Who can apply

Experience And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in store management or related roles.

Proficiency in Tally is highly preferable.

Language Skills

Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

Additional Requirements

Strong computer skills and familiarity with accounting software.

Must possess a bike for commuting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Oversee the efficient receipt, inspection, and recording of incoming stock.

Utilise Tally software for real-time inventory tracking and accurate record-keeping.

Organise stock placement for optimal space utilisation and easy retrieval.

Conduct regular stock audits, promptly addressing any discrepancies.

Financial Record-keeping

Handle all cash transactions with precision and maintain an organised cash register.

Assist in the preparation and management of accurate financial reports.

Utilise accounting software for seamless record-keeping and expense tracking.

Purchases And Vendor Management

Source and purchase required items, negotiating favourable terms with vendors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely and reliable deliveries.

Assess and compare vendor offerings, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality supplies.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean and organised store environment, visually displaying products attractively.

Price and tag products accurately, updating pricing information as needed.

Assist in processing customer transactions at the checkout, providing excellent customer service.

Monitor and replenish stock levels promptly to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
