Job description
- To ensure end to end project management for various Customer Service & Operations team
Key Accountability:
- Proactive identification, development and implementation of improvisation projects
- Timely changes pertaining to regulatory requirements & improvements
- Process maintenance and updates, Data analysis & developing reports with quality output
- Collaborating with IT service providers for better services relating to efficiency improvement & process automation
- Develop & manage relationship with stakeholders to ensure processes are aligned with their goals & priorities
Educational Qualification :
Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) :
- Must have project management skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired but not mandatory
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience in methodology and existing tools for data analysis for largescale databases
