Job description
Scope – It will cover the desktops, printers, laptops and workstations at all branches
List of deliverables –
o First level hardware support for the above Equipment's
o OS installation & configuration
o Remote support wherever applicable
o Installation / De-installation of software packages on nodes
o Regular/ Periodic user drive check for synchronization of Desktops & Laptops data backup as per Backup Policy
o Resolving printer problems
o Resolving network connectivity problems at the client ends
o Supporting standard OS and OA packages on the desktops
o Installing application upgrades and patches as provided
o Update BIOS/FIRMWARE/HARDWARE DRIVERS for end points and ensuring proper RADIUS authentication management
o Antivirus / patch update and uptime maintenance of Common systems placed in conference rooms and at other locations
o Preparation of patches/ upgrade via ZOHO patch management to adhere to security policy with latest tested patch deployment & update task tracker accordingly.
o First level support for desktop applications
