Job description

We re looking for a strong Business Analyst with extensive experience in Business Systems and Operations Process Analysis. Primary Systems of responsibility include, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Qlik Sense BI Reporting and Kantata OX platform. Join Investis Digital and have a leading voice on the future of our enterprise application services strategy. In short one should be very expert with BA and BI tools.

You will be responsible for identifying end-user solutions across our core systems. You will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training. So that you can hit the ground running, you should have experience working at a professional services consultancy or digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

Continually evaluate our core business systems and work to define the system strategy and roadmap.

Identify improvements to existing system processes.

Promote best practices and uses of the systems, enabling global adoption of the processes.

Work with our dedicated team of Business Systems Engineers on technical issues for escalation/resolution and delivering system optimisations.

Review upgrades, patching and complete testing with the Engineering team.

Be responsible for capturing new requirements, ensuring that all business requirements are captured, documented, delivered and signed off by all business stakeholders.

Continually evolve the product backlog to ensure key business objectives are being captured and met.

Roll out new features and upgrades, working with global stakeholders to ensure success.

Keep up to date with the latest technology trends, advising the business on new advancements.

Help solving day to day issues of Business Systems user, manage Service Desk Triage and resolve tasks, which don t need Business Systems Engineers involvement.

Demonstrable and extensive experience in managing complex business system roll-outs.

Agile delivery experience - acting as a SCRUM master (covering daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and development story estimation sessions).

Proven experience of working hand in hand with stakeholders and effective communication skills, at all levels.

Excellent organization skills with good documentation and project management skills.

Outstanding time management and able to prioritise workload accordingly.

Hands on expertise in business intelligence and business process technologies.

Experience of using: Jira, Kanata, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience SQL, data modelling and analytics is desirable, but not essential.

Nice to have exposure to different systems like Microsoft Business Central, Power BI and Qlik.

Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in the field.
