Designation : Scrum MasterNo. Of Positions : 1 Experience : 3-5 Years Location : GurgaonJob Responsibilities :We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Scrum Master. Scrum Master responsibilities include managing stakeholders and high-quality deliverables. With expertise in the scrum framework, Azure DevOps, and strong communication skills. You will play a crucial role in driving project success with a strong leadership quality and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.Roles & Responsibilities :- Manage each sprint's scope and timeline with quality manner.- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.- Help to Implement the Agile system in the organization.- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.- Daily stand-up meetings and status updates on daily basis to make progress to delivery.- Implement changes and steps to increase the team's productivity.- Keep informed about all the stack holders for the daily status/progress/blockers to resolve.- Be the point of contact for the stack holder Business / Product / Development communications.- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests and change requests.- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the development phase.- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint planning/execution.- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and to make to follow the process.- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.Skills :- Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL proficiency.- SWOT and GAP analysis skills with effective resolutions.- Manage collaborations with non-technical stakeholders.- Communicate with vendors, lenders, and partners.- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards.- Basic understanding of MS SSIS/SSAS/SSRS.- Scrum experience, certification a plus.- Expert in Scrum techniques, leading adoption in Azure Dev Ops.Other specific requirements :- Should be from Product based / startup company.- Currently working in a Fin Tech organization is a plus.- Should be from Tech. background.- Must have implemented agile system from scratch / maintained.- Could lead a team.
