Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Secretary at Athulya Homecare located in Chennai. The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for overseeing corporate governance and managing the legal and regulatory requirements of the company. The Corporate Secretary will be required to ensure regulatory compliance, maintain corporate records, organize board meetings, file necessary government and regulatory paperwork, and support the management team in strategy and planning.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and legal and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Ability to maintain corporate records, organize board meetings, and file necessary paperwork
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with senior management and board members in strategy and planning
  • Experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field
  • Certification in corporate governance or company secretaryship is preferred
