We are looking for Unit/Divisional HR Manager for an Indian bank (rural banking unit)

Job Locations –Nizamabab/Guntur/Kamareddy/Vijayawada. Candidate can choose any of these locations.

Must have worked as HR for any NBFC/Micro Finance/Rural banking org/unit

He/she will take care of HR for assigned branches/divisions of the organization. Recruitment

Recruitment – 60-65%

Generalist HR activities – 35-40%

Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 8 LPA

• 4-8 yrs of experience in similar role
• Recruitment
• Conducting interviews
• Working with hiring managers to close positions
• Other branch HR activities.
• English & Local language knowledge is a must (Telegu)
