Facilitates technical teams to deliver on integration components across API, EDI, ETL, and MDM integration platforms
Resolves cross-functional impediments impeding technical integration resources from delivering on assigned epics and user stories. Assists integration technical resources in delivery of integration components Proactively monitors industry trends and identifies opportunities to improve the integration technology portfolio Drive technology resources towards automated testing processes and procedures Leads integration release planning activities for technical resources through the agile framework Active practitioner of the agile process and champions improvements to the process Assists in the operations support of all integration platforms Collaborates with technical leaders, product owners, and business analysts to define requirements Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education Bachelor s Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field Experience working within an agile framework and using agile tools (Jira) Experience with the integration platforms (API - MuleSoft, EDI - OpenText, ETL - SAP Date Services/Microsoft Azure Data Factory/Microsoft Azure Databricks, MDM - Profisee) Experience with architecture and design of integration components Experience with automation of technical components Experience in systems development lifecycles Experience in Analytical concepts and implementations Experience with cloud computing Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with business concepts and data story telling Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Ability to lead and organize work of other technical team members Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities Temperament Self-motivated, excellent team player, and capable of leading technical teams Ability to adapt to and assist colleagues to work through change and support change management processes Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with the business and IT organizations Ability to retain and convey a positive attitude in challenging circumstances Act courageously by sharing viewpoints openly and directly with others, providing relevant and timely information and feedback, as required Ability to influence and obtains results through others within Rockwell in a respectful way Adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities IPC - Information Processing Capability (Factors of Complexity) Ability to work on issues of complexed scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors.
