Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT sales to join our dynamic team in Noida. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our IT solutions and services within the region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Sales Strategy:* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • *Lead Generation:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions and services.
  • *Sales Presentations:* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • *Product Knowledge:* Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, products, and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • *Sales Forecasting:* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide visibility on sales performance and pipeline.
  • *Negotiation:* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • *Team Collaboration:* Collaborate closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • *Market Analysis:* Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • *Customer Feedback:* Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Noida IT market is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
