Key Responsibilities - *Sales Strategy:* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- *Lead Generation:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions and services.
- *Sales Presentations:* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- *Product Knowledge:* Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, products, and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- *Sales Forecasting:* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide visibility on sales performance and pipeline.
- *Negotiation:* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- *Team Collaboration:* Collaborate closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- *Market Analysis:* Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- *Customer Feedback:* Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Noida IT market is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
