Overview:
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our organization consistently delivers products and services that meet the highest quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in our processes and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team
- Establish quality standards and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements
- Manage and analyze quality data and reports
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Participate in new product development and launch processes
- Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Quality Management)
- Proven experience in a quality management role
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g. ISO FDA regulations)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive quality improvements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g. CMQ/OE CQM CQE) preferred
- Experience in conducting audits and managing compliance
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality results
- Knowledge of supply chain quality management principles
